What to expect

Anyone and everyone is more than welcome. We have a congregation who come together from a variety of backgrounds and traditions.

While there are specific things we do at special times of the year (like Christmas or Easter), all our services tend to include the following:

  • We have a short(!) time for church announcements
  • We sing together a variety of songs, from the contemporary to the traditional (led by our music team)
  • We have a time of prayer
  • We hear the Bible read to us, and then explained in a talk (lasting 15 - 30 minutes)
  • We share Communion most weeks
  • Some services are designed for all ages where the children stay in. These tend to be more interactive.

There is no dress code - we want you to feel comfortable, so just come as you are!

We believe that giving our money to God's work in this Church is an act of worship. If you are not a regular attender of the church, please don't feel pressured into putting anything into the offering bags.

There are refreshments after the morning service where we chat. This gives us time to get to know one another a bit better.

All adults who work with children or vulnerable adults in any capacity have DBS clearance and we have a Safe to Grow  and a Safe to Belong policy.
